Cancellation Policy Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. We cannot cancel an order if it has already been shipped out.

Returns Policy
FOR ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, PLEASE CONTACT US TO BE ISSUED AN RMA NUMBER. ANY RETURN REQUESTS MADE THROUGH OUR SHOPPING CART SYSTEM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
Our return policy depending on your situation is indicated below:
Returns Due to Promotions:
- Please note that any purchases if returned will only be refunded for the amount of the original purchase price. No modifications will be made in terms of promotional discounts or weekly sales pricing for differential adjustments on refunds to processed.
- If a product is put on promotion, and the product was previously purchased at a higher price, the customer will not receive the difference in price just because the items price was lowered after the customer purchased. For example if an item was purchased for $100, and the next day is put on sale for $90, the customer is NOT entitled to a $10 refund on that product.
Refunds Due to Customer Error:
- For any return or refund due to customer error (i.e. ordering an incorrect item), customer will be responsible for shipping to us and will be charged a 25% restocking fee, on top of the original shipping costs incurred to TrampolinePartsCenter.com. Trampoline Parts Center will not refund the customer for the shipping cost incurred to ship the product back to us. In addition, customer will also be charged the original shipping cost to send the original item to them.
Example: Customer buys an item that costs $100 and no longer wants the item and wants a refund. The customer has to pay the shipping costs of returning the product + $25 (25% Restocking Fee) + $15 (Original Shipping Fee), so the total refund would be $60
- All refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving returned merchandise. Bank processing times may vary, it may take up to 5 business days after the refund is processed to actually post to your account.
- All customers will be required to provide an image of the original box received to show what item was received based on the information printed on the box.
- Original Item Shipping Costs Are As Follows:
- For any return or refund due to a mistake made by Trampoline Parts Center (i.e., we shipped out the wrong item), we will pay for shipping back to us and will not charge a restocking fee, or original shipping fees.
Requesting a Return:
- All returns REQUIRE an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
- Returns sent without an RMA number will be have a delayed processing time. (Trampoline Parts Center will not be responsible if package should become lost, destroyed or cannot be found).
- Once RMA number has been obtained, you will receive an e-mail confirmation which will need to be printed and enclosed within the box before shipping to us.
- You will be notified by email once your return has been received, inspected and your refund processed. We process all refunds within 48 hours of receiving authorized returned merchandise, Monday - Friday. The time it takes your bank to actually post the refund to your card varies, and is typically within 5 business days. In case of a full refund, we will only refund the item price, we will not refund the shipping fee.

Exchanges
- We will waive the restocking fee if the customer does an exchange for another item instead of a refund!
- The customer must pay for the original shipping cost of the first item that was ordered.
Example: Customer buys an mat and wants to exchange the item. The customer has to pay the shipping costs of returning the product + the $9.50 (Original Shipping Fee of the 1st Item)

Shipping We are shipping to 48 US Continental States only. Unfortunatelly, we do not ship Internationally. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products would need special handling to ship. We currently offer free ground shipping on all items to 48 US Continental States (Alaska and Hawaii are not covered in this Free Shipping Offer). Free shipping means all shipping and handling costs are reflected within our total costs for your convenience. We will choose the carrier of your best interest so you can receive the item faster and effectively. We reserve the right to select any shipping company and method. Customers wanting other shipping methods or expedite the shipping can select during the checkout process or contact us by phone, e-mail, or LiveChat for a quoted shipping rate, for which they will be responsible processing the payment and the order.
While shipping costs are included in the prices, TrampolinePartsCenter.com still incurs shipping costs, which in the case of a return or refund, the original shipping costs, as outlined above, will be deducted from the refund/exchange value.
