OUR PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE DOES NOT APPLY TO TRAMPOLINE ENCLOSURE SYSTEMS OR ENTIRE TRAMPOLINES.

If you find a competitor website selling the exact same product for a lower price we will beat the difference in there price to ours by 10%.

For example: You find that we are selling a product for $99.95, a great deal for an every day low price. Then you find that a mom and pop competitor who rarely answers there phone and has a reputation for late shipments is somehow offering the same product for $89.95, the difference of $10. The criteria for determing product matches depend on the following:

Mats: Same material, same frame size, same mat diameter, same ring count.

Nets: Same material, same frame size compatibility, same configuration compatibility, compatibile with same trampolines.

Pads: Same material (Top & Bottom), same foam thickness inside the pad, same frame size compatibility.

Springs: Same quantity of springs, same steel gage, same coil count.

Accessores: Same configuration & specifications in terms of height, width, and depth, same construction material.

Advertised competing products must be in brand new, unused condition, and prices must reflect the purchase of 1 indiviudal item at a time. Wholesale pricing or bulk purchases/multiple unit purchases are not eligible for the price match guarantee.

For competitor prices to qualify, competitors must be located within the 48 contiguous United States.

For competitor prices to qualify, competitors must be selling the products directly, and cannot be affiliate or forwarding websites in which orders are completed at a different website.

In order to qualify for the Price Match Guarantee, the request for a price match must be completed before your purchase occurs. Customers are not eligible to request a price match guarantee after completing a purchase. Customers will not be refunded the difference or offer the price match guarantee on a purchase which has already been completed.

Free Shipping Policy

We are shipping to 48 US Continental States only. Unfortunately, we do not ship Internationally. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products would need special handling to ship.

We currently offer free ground shipping on all items to 48 US Continental States (Alaska and Hawaii are not covered in this Free Shipping Offer). Free shipping means all shipping and handling costs are reflected within our total costs for your convenience. We will choose the carrier of your best interest so you can receive the item faster and effectively. We reserve the right to select any shipping company and method. Customers wanting other shipping methods or expedite the shipping can select during the checkout process or contact us by phone, e-mail, or LiveChat for a quoted shipping rate, for which they will be responsible processing the payment and the order.

While shipping costs are included in the prices, TrampolinePartsCenter.com still incurs shipping costs, which in the case of a return or refund, the original shipping costs, as outlined above, will be deducted from the refund/exchange value.

For any return or refund due to customer error (i.e. ordering an incorrect item), customer will be responsible for shipping to us and will be charged a 25% restocking fee, on top of the original shipping costs incurred to TrampolinePartsCenter.com.  Trampoline Parts Center will not refund the customer for the shipping cost incurred to ship the product back to us. In addition, customer will also be charged the original shipping cost to send the original item to them. Example: Customer buys an item that costs $100 and no longer wants the item and wants a refund. The customer has to pay the shipping costs of returning the product + $25 (25% Restocking Fee) + $15 (Original Shipping Fee), so the total refund would be $60.

We will waive the restocking fee if the customer does an exchange for another item instead of a refund!

All refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving returned merchandise. Bank processing times may vary, it may take up to 5 business days after the refund is processed to actually post to your account.

Refund Policy

In case of a refund caused by customer's mistake, we will only refund the item price minus a 25% restocking fee, and the original shipping costs incurred to ship the product to the customer. The customer is also responsible for pay all return shipping costs to return merchandise to us.

In case of a refund caused by TrampolinePartsCenter's mistake, we will give a full refund including the shipping fee. Please email us at info@TrampolinePartsCenter.com with any of your question before you make any purchase.

All refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving returned merchandise, however bank processing time may vary, and it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Pricing

TrampolinePartsCenter.com will try to provide the most accurate pricing. All pricing listed on the website is the product pricing only; it does not include sales tax and shipping. If more than one item included in the SKU, it will be defined clearly otherwise all product SKUs will include only one item.  

• Please note that any purchases if returned will only be refunded for the amount of the original purchase price. No modifications will be made in terms of promotional discounts or weekly sales pricing for differential adjustments on refunds to processed.

• If a product is put on promotion, and the product was previously purchased at a higher price, the customer will not receive the difference in price just because the item was placed on sale. For example if an item was purchased for $100, and the next day is put on sale for $90, the customer is NOT entitled to a $10 refund.

All products are eligble for our Best Price Guaranteed Policy.  Lower prices found must include the cost of standard ground shipping.  All lower prices will be matched and will include an additional 10% off of the difference.  Customer must contact us by phone to participate in this policy.
